Ingredients
1 chicken
1/2 kilogram rice
1 teaspoon + 1 tablespoon salt
1 cup onion, brown
3/4 cup oil
3 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon all spice powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons white cumin powder
8 green chilies, ground
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
3 potatoes
1 tablespoon whole spices
1 pinch yellow color
1 tablespoon kewra water
Garam masala as required, chopped

Directions
Marinate chicken pieces with ground green chilies, 1 teaspoon salt, chili powder, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, white cumin powder, all spice powder and keep it for 1 hour.
Boil rice with 1 tablespoon salt and whole spices till half done.
Now peel and cut potatoes in halves soak and fry till golden color.
Heat 3/4 cup oil in a pan, add marinated chicken with 1/2 cup of brown onion and cook till tender.
To Assemble: In a pan put 1/2 rice, cover with chicken mixture, then potatoes, half cup fried onion and chopped garam masala.
Now put remaining rice on top and yellow color mixture, simmer for 15 minutes.
Bombay biryani is ready to serve.

Ingredients
For Rice:
3 cup rice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon mace
8 to 10 black pepper
Few drops kewra water
1 teaspoon black cumin
2 sticks cinamon
6 green cardamom
6 to 7 black cardamom
2 bay leaf
4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
4 potato
4 onion
5 tomato
Food color as required
1 cup yogurt
Clarifed butter for frying
Salt to taste
5 to 6 clove
1 teaspoon black cumin
1 1/2 tablespoons corinader powder
4 to 5 green chili
Raita for serving
For Masala:
1 1/2 kilogram chicken
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
8 to 10 plum

Directions
Marinate chicken with yogurt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili, coriander powder, mint, lemon juice, plum and salt. Keep aside for half an hour.
Fry onions until golden brown. Then take out half quantity onion and add marinated chicken, yogurt and all spices and cook for a while.
Now fry potatoes and tomatoes in separate pan and then add in chicken.
Now add soaked rice in boiled water and add cardamom, black pepper, clove, and salt and cook for a while.
Keep rice on steam for 20 minutes and serve with raita.
